### **Conrad Corfu**

Conrad Corfu, opening in 2027, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
-   Assist the F&B Manager in implementing department policies, procedures, and service standards.
-   Monitor and maintain high quality in food and beverage presentation and service.
-   Coordinate staff schedules, train team members, and support their development.
-   Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, ISO, and HACCP standards.
-   Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
-   Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent service.
-   Report daily operational updates to the F&B Manager regarding sales, productivity, and any issues.

## Requirements

-   Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
-   Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
-   At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B supervision in 4- or 5-star hotels or restaurants.
-   Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-   Good knowledge of MS Office and POS systems.
-   Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
