**Your role**

-   Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care.
-   Assess patients’ needs, develop care plans and review outcomes.
-   Administer medicines and treatments within your scope of practice.
-   Monitor patients’ wellbeing and respond promptly to changes.
-   Keep accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
-   Uphold safeguarding, infection prevention and professional standards.

**What we’re looking for**

-   Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
-   Strong clinical, communication and organisational skills.
-   A compassionate, reliable and professional approach.
