### **Main Responsibilities:**

-   Deliver care across a variety of client settings.
-   Assess and evaluate patients' health conditions and needs.
-   Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
-   Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
-   Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure thorough and comprehensive care.
-   Educate patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care.
-   Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and document patient records accurately.
-   Promote best practices in health and safety and security.
-   Work autonomously while adhering to the highest standards of care.

## Requirements

-   Active NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to perform under pressure and in dynamic healthcare settings.
