**Your Mission** 

We are looking for a **Senior Dispute Specialist** to join our **Dispute** team. Reporting to our **Dispute Performance Team Lead** you will be supporting the team on handling merchants’ disputes and assisting clients with various queries regarding the re-presentment process and optimizing the dispute process performance.

The Dispute Resolution Optimization Analyst is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 18:00 (GMT+2).

**Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:**

·       Perform daily operational activities, including monitoring and managing the dispute flow.

·       Optimize internal dispute management procedures and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business Analysis teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

·       Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as required.

·       Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

## Requirements

·       2+ yrs. work experience in either Claims, Transactional Banking (Disputes & Payment Investigations), or a similar operational/analytical role;

·       High level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail;

·       Good problem-solving and strong analytical skills;

·       Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team;

·       Fluent English (both verbal and written);

·       French (both verbal and written) is and advantage;

·       SQL, Python, and experience in chargebacks (advantage);

·       Advanced Excel (advantage).

**This is a 12 month contract, with a possibility for it to be made permanent.**
