You are energetic, team-oriented, and ready to support the bar team in creating outstanding guest experiences. **ABOUT THE ROLE**  
As a **Junior Bartender**, you will play a supportive and hands-on role in the smooth running of the bar. Your responsibilities will include:

-   Support daily bar operations, including preparation, service assistance, and maintaining smooth workflow.
-   Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout service and closing routines.
-   Manage stock levels by restocking beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar supplies as needed.
-   Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, fruits, and other bar ingredients according to quality standards.
-   Follow beverage procedures, safety regulations, and SOPs to ensure consistent service quality.
-   Support Senior Bartenders and collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**

-   Fluent in English and Greek
-   Previous experience in bartending is a plus
