## Description

O2B Early Education is an early childhood education company serving families through preschools and school-age programs under brands including O2B Kids, The CHILD Center, and Cedars Preschool. Our team supports the people and operations that help these programs run smoothly, creating a positive experience for employees across the organization.

In this role, you will support core HR processes that help team members move successfully through onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employment changes. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, values accuracy, and wants to contribute across a range of generalist HR activities in a busy, people-focused environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist with employee onboarding.
-   Support new hire compliance processes.
-   Complete HRIS edits and corrections.
-   Process internal employee transfers.
-   Assign benefits based on position.
-   Audit assigned benefits.
-   Handle other HR generalist tasks as needed.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Eligible to work in the United States.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with HR and hiring or onboarding.
-   Experience in an HR generalist role.
-   Experience with HRIS administration, including PTO adjustments, position changes, auditing, and transfers.
-   Experience with ADP and familiarity with an applicant tracking system.
-   Experience working in people-heavy environments and supporting multi-site operations.
-   A degree is welcomed, ideally in HR, business, or a related field.
