We are seeking for a highly organized and customer-focused **Pricing Coordinator** to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia.

As a **Pricing Coordinator** you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and competitive pricing solutions for international household goods relocations across air, sea, and road freight services.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop accurate, competitive, and comprehensive pricing proposals for international household goods relocations across air, sea, and road freight services.
-   Coordinate with international agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive commercial rates and service solutions.
-   Ensure all quotations are aligned with company pricing strategies, commercial objectives, client-specific requirements, and targeted profitability margins.
-   Review and verify pricing structures and documentation to ensure full compliance with Serbian and international customs regulations, trade requirements, and transportation legislation.
-   Maintain, update, and optimize internal pricing databases, tariff schedules, rate sheets, and CRM systems to support operational efficiency and pricing accuracy

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
-   1–2 years of professional experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, relocation, or international moving industry.
-   Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients, agents, and business partners; knowledge of Greek will considered an asset.
-   Advanced digital and technical proficiency, including strong command of Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
-   Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational capabilities, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
