We are looking for a **Pre-Move Consultant / Surveyor** to manage the complete pre-move customer journey for both domestic and international household goods moves.

This is a combined technical, customer-service and commercial role. The successful candidate will visit customers, understand their moving requirements, estimate shipment volume, identify operational needs, prepare and present quotations, follow up with the customer and ultimately convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Contact customers following new moving enquiry and understand their requirements.
-   Conduct physical and virtual pre-move surveys at customers' residences.
-   Accurately assess and estimate the volume (CBM) of household goods to be moved.
-   Identify the most appropriate transportation solution for domestic and international moves.
-   Understand customers' priorities regarding timing, budget, storage, insurance and destination requirements.
-   Calculate the expected cost of each move and prepare accurate, complete commercial quotations.
-   Obtain international transportation, shipping and/or destination rates and incorporate them into quotations.
-   Present and clearly explain the proposed moving solution and quotation to customers.
-   Advise customers on packing, transportation, storage, insurance and other available services.
-   Handle customer questions, price discussions and commercial objections professionally.
-   Negotiate within agreed commercial parameters and convert quotations into confirmed bookings.
-   Ensure all commercial and operational information is accurately recorded.
-   Confirm the final scope of work, dates and services with the customer.
-   Ensure a complete and accurate handover to Move Coordination and Operations upon booking confirmation.

## Requirements

-   2 – 3 years of experience in international moving, relocation, or logistics operations, will consider an asset.
-   Business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
-   Proficient in MS Office Suite.
-   Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to understand space, dimensions, volume and accurately assess moving requirements.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in visiting customers, understanding their needs and providing professional advice.
-   Consultative sales approach, with the ability to prepare and clearly explain quotations, handle price discussions and customer objections, and confidently convert opportunities into bookings.
-   Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries, follow up proactively and maintain accurate information.
-   Independent and commercially minded, with the ability to take ownership of each opportunity and translate operational requirements into the right customer solution.
