We are seeking for a highly organized and customer-focused **Move Coordinator** to join our dynamic team in Belgrade

Serbia.

As a **Move Coordinator** you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and successful moves for our customers. You will manage all aspects of the move process, from initial booking to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and our moving crews.

### Responsibilities

-   **End-to-End Project Management:** Oversee the entire life cycle of a move, including packing dates, loading, transit, and delivery at the destination. Pro-active and reactive management of international moves from initial inquiry until final invoicing.
-   **Client Advocacy:** Act as the dedicated point of contact, providing regular status updates and "counseling" clients on customs requirements and shipment schedules.
-   **Logistics Orchestration:** Liaise between internal operations teams (crews/drivers) and third-party vendors (shipping lines, air freight, destination agents) to ensure all services are performed as planned.
-   **Document Preparation:** Manage critical international shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, insurance certificates, and customs pro-forma invoices. Updates all records and databases.
-   **Issue Resolution:** Proactively solve transit delays, port congestion issues, or service delivery disputes to ensure a stress-free experience for the transferee.
-   **Quality assurance:** Ensure all services meet company quality, safety, and compliance standards. Support continuous improvement through feedback and service optimization initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Relations (or equivalent experience).
-   2 – 3 years of experience in international moving, relocation, or logistics operations, or freight forwarding, or customer service role will consider a plus.
-   Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
-   Greek language business writing and verbal communication skills will consider an aset.
-   Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP Systems.
-   Excellent communication skills.
-   High emotional intelligence and empathy.
-   Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitasking.
