We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Group Financial Reporting Associate** to join our Finance Department at our offices located in **Elefsina.**

As a **Group Financial Reporting Associate** you will be responsible for supporting the annually and mi-year reporting process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Maintain and update IFRS-compliant accounting records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
-   Prepare financial reporting files and supporting documentation.
-   Review and control trial balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-   Perform reconciliations between accounting subsystems and the general ledger/trial balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
-   Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the Group.
-   Review financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable IFRS accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

## Requirements

-   Solid understanding of local GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
-   Previous experience with accounting software and/or ERP systems will be considered an asset.
-   Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and analytical ability.
-   Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills.

### **To qualify for the role, you must have**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
-   Master’s degree in related field will be considered an asset.
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial, Management reporting or related role.
