We are seeking for a highly organized and customer-focused **Moving Crew Leader** to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia.

As a **Moving Crew Leader** you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating moving operations to ensure efficient, safe, and professional service delivery.

### Responsibilities

-   Supervise a crew of movers on-site, ensuring all items are packed, loaded, and transported safely and efficiently.
-   Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the move, explaining the process and providing a high level of customer service.
-   Oversee the professional disassembly and reassembly of furniture and the specialized packing of fragile or high-value items.
-   Manage the loading plan for the truck to maximize space and ensure the safety of the cargo during transit through Belgrade traffic or long-distance routes.
-   Complete all necessary paperwork, including inventory lists, damage reports, and delivery receipts.
-   Ensure the company vehicle is maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary moving supplies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
-   2–3 years of experience within the moving, relocation, or logistics industry, ideally in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in a business environment.
-   Valid Category B driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-   Strong physical stamina and fitness, including the ability to regularly lift and move items.
-   Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain composed and effectively resolve operational, or client-related challenges in real time.
-   Ability to make sound decisions quickly regarding routing, staffing adjustments, and on-site operational issues.
-   High level of professionalism, reliability, punctuality and integrity.
