We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Junior Associate** to join our Strategy, Transformation & Investments department at our offices located in Marousi.

As a **Junior Associate**, you will support the development and execution of the Group’s strategic agenda, transformation and investment activities, translating priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable financial outcomes.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Build and maintain financial models, business plans, budgets and scenario analyses.
-   Support M&A and investment processes including screening, valuation, IC materials and DD analysis.
-   Contribute to ad-hoc strategic and financial analysis projects as required.
-   Prepare and analyze financial and operational KPIs, identify performance gaps and propose corrective actions.
-   Support value-creation initiatives with clear EBITDA, cash and ROI impact tracking. 
-   Support post-merger integration and synergy identification and monitoring. 
-   Conduct market, industry and competitive research to support strategy and investments.
-   Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reporting packs for Senior management and investors.

## Requirements

-   Strong financial modeling skills.
-   Solid understanding of corporate finance principles.
-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-   Strong analytical thinking and problem-structuring capability.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

### **To qualify for the role, you must have**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
-   A Master’s degree (MSc or MBA) in Finance, Economics or a related field will be considered a strong asset.
-   1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Transaction Advisory within a Big 4 firm.
