## Description

We are looking for an Entry-Level **Industrial Engineer / Business Analyst** to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with business users, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in using data and process improvement techniques to help organizations improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
-   Gather and document business requirements through interviews, meetings, workshops, and process reviews.
-   Assist in creating process maps, flowcharts, workflows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
-   Conduct basic data gathering, validation, and analysis to support business decisions and process improvement initiatives.
-   Translate business requirements into clear documentation that can be understood by both business and technical teams.
-   Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend practical solutions based on business requirements and available data.
-   Support the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
-   Assist in conducting root cause analysis and process improvement activities using appropriate Industrial Engineering methodologies.
-   Support system implementation, enhancement, and testing activities by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validation criteria.
-   Coordinate with users, stakeholders, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
-   Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document testing results, issues, and recommendations.
-   Monitor agreed action items and assist in tracking project deliverables and requirements.
-   Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and other analysis required by management.
-   Perform other related duties and analysis as assigned.

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
-   Basic knowledge of business process analysis and process improvement.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-   Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
-   Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new systems and technologies.
-   Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
-   Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, data analysis, SQL, Power BI, or process mapping tools is an advantage.
