## Description

-   Design and build scalable, modular components in ReactJS + Next.js (SSR/CSR), working closely with our frontend platforms.
-   Implement and manage Redux for stage management.
-   Develop reusable UI with TailwindCSS and ShadCN for consistency and accessibility.
-   Integrate real-time features using WebSockets for live updates and notifications.
-   Build interactive data visualizations with Chart.js (via react-chart.js-2).
-   Implement robust form handling with React-Hook-Form, including validation and complex form states.
-   Maintain and extend WordPress sites.
-   Write technical documentation specific to FE.
-   Perform other functions relevant to the position and/or as directed by the immediate superior or management team.

## Requirements

-   At least 5 years experience in ReactJS + Next.js (SSR/CSR)
-   Production experience in Redux for state management
-   Hands-on experience in TailwindCSS and ShadCN
-   Production experience in building real-time front end features (e.g. WebSockets)
-   Production experience in React-Hook-Form
-   Can write technical documentation specific to FE
