As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects or large scale projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes. ## Requirements

**Experience:** 7-12 years of experience in consulting,  with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields.

**Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects successfully.

**Strategic Thinking:** Ability to think strategically and provide high-level advisory services to clients.

**Communication Skills:** Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively in both Arabic and English.

**Project Management:** Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Analytical Skills:** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.
