## Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to handle accounts payable processing. This is a task-focused role ideal for someone who wants stable part-time hours with a consistent daily schedule.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

-   Process vendor bills and invoices in NetSuite daily
-   Obtain necessary approvals
-   Maintain vendor records and W-9 files
-   Assist with payment runs
-   File and organize AP documentation
-   Ad hoc data entry as needed

## Requirements

-   1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
-   Familiarity with any ERP or accounting software (NetSuite a plus)
-   Strong attention to detail and reliability
-   Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day
-   Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
-   Bilingual in Korean preferred

ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for the Part-time Bookkeeper role ranges from **($20.00 to $26.00 an hour)**. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
