## Description

Ogilvy Greece seeks a **Social Media Content Creator** to join its team on its top telco account. This is a hands-on creative role combining content ideation, video production, and client-facing presentation. You will be part of a strategic ecosystem that provides direction and support — your job is to bring ideas to life with speed, quality, and platform fluency.

## Requirements

**Must-haves**

-   2–4 years of experience in a similar content creation role, preferably in an agency environment
-   Proven portfolio of TikTok content (brand or personal projects)
-   Proficiency in video shooting (smartphone + basic lighting/audio setup) and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)
-   Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate campaign-level ideas
-   Confident presentation skills — comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders
-   Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
-   Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
-   TikTok native: deep understanding of platform culture, trends, and community dynamics

**Nice-to-haves**

-   Experience with photography and image editing (Photoshop/Lightroom)
-   Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
-   Cross-platform content experience (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

**Responsibilities**

**Creative & Ideation**

-   Conceptualize social media content ideas and campaign activations, primarily for TikTok
-   Actively participate in brainstorms and contribute to creative vehicles and content series
-   Develop creative concepts aligned with strategic briefs and content pillars
-   Propose real-time content ideas based on emerging trends and cultural moments

**Production & Execution**

-   Shoot and edit high-quality TikTok videos (mobile-first, authentic aesthetic)
-   Manage end-to-end content production: from concept through post-production
-   Execute on-location shoots at client offices, events, stores, and external venues
-   Deliver trend-reactive content within 24-hour turnaround when required

**Client-Facing**

-   Present content proposals, calendars, and creative concepts to clients with confidence
-   Participate in status meetings and content reviews
-   Articulate creative rationale and respond to client feedback constructively

**Platform & Trends**

-   Stay constantly on top of TikTok trends, sounds, effects, formats, and algorithm shifts
-   Monitor competitor activity on the platform and provide actionable insights
-   Cross-pollinate ideas across Reels, Shorts, and TikTok formats
