## Description

Ogilvy seeks to recruit a CRM Executive to join one of its fastest-growing units.

As a CRM Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns for some of the most distinguished brands in the Greek market. Working closely with the CRM team, you will help deliver engaging customer communications across multiple channels while gaining hands-on experience in CRM strategy and marketing automation.

## Requirements

-   1–2 years of experience in a CRM, digital marketing, or marketing-related role.
-   Basic understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle marketing.
-   Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms or Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Contact Pigeon, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics, Moosend, etc.) will be considered an asset.
-   Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and web analytics platforms will be considered a plus.
-   Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Analytical mindset with an interest in data and campaign performance.
-   Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
-   Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**

-   Effectively manage CRM campaigns. Implement CRM strategy and campaigns' execution (newsletters, Viber/SMS messages, push notifications, etc.); and be responsible for scheduling, sending, editing, and testing CRM campaigns.
-   Prepare campaign assets and ensure content, layout, and personalization are optimized across channels.
-   Identify and analyze users' behavior patterns, build customer segmentation and personalization strategies, conduct A/B testing, and design ongoing communication plans targeted to those segments.
-   Support customer segmentation activities and audience selection for CRM campaigns.
-   Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations.
-   Assist in the design and content development of user experiences, including the design of customer journeys, promotional links, loyalty tactics, etc.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
-   Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools, and best practices while continuously developing CRM knowledge.
