## Description

Ogilvy Greece is seeking an **Art Director** to join our esteemed creative team. This role reports to the Creative Director (CD) and involves close collaboration with Copywriters and Art Directors. An Art Director serves as both a creative visionary and designer responsible for shaping brand experiences.

## Requirements

-   4-5 years of experience as a Mid-Level Art Director in an advertising agency or design house.
-   Love for design and willingness to follow contemporary aesthetics.
-   Capability to supervise production across various media.
-   Proven aptitude for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
-   Ability to lead creative teams, collaborate with photographers, and coordinate with third-party creative entities.
-   A portfolio showcasing your ability to craft visual concepts is mandatory for this role.
-   A degree in communication design or equivalent training would be considered a plus.
-   Proven experience in working with AI tools and systems is required.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Generate and execute campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.
-   Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
-   Act as the primary driver of visual execution and oversee quality control.
-   Be curious and knowledgeable about the latest design trends.
