Strong leadership, scheduling, customer service, office operations, and management experience needed.

**Project Coordinator — Tulsa**  
Great fit for someone with strong communication, follow-up, computer skills, and the ability to manage moving pieces.

**Administrative Assistant — Tulsa**  
Seeking a professional admin with great phone skills, organization, data entry, and office support experience.

**Full Charge Bookkeeper — Oklahoma City**  
Must have strong bookkeeping experience, advanced QuickBooks knowledge, chart of accounts, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation experience.

## Requirements

Will be based on position

-   Previous office, clerical, administrative, or bookkeeping experience preferred
-   Strong computer skills required
-   Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and basic office software
-   Good phone and customer service skills
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
-   Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines
-   Good written and verbal communication skills
-   Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
-   Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
-   Previous industrial, service, construction, manufacturing, or staffing office experience is a plus
-   Must be able to pass any required background check or drug screen, if applicable
