## Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our client's manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating 3-axis vertical mills with Fanuc controls and possess a strong understanding of machining principles, blueprint reading, and GD&T. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Set up and operate CNC 3-axis vertical milling machines.
-   Work with Fanuc controls to run production and custom parts.
-   Set tool heights and work offsets accurately.
-   Use edge finders and precision measuring tools.
-   Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
-   Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
-   Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
-   Maintain a clean and safe work area.
-   Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Minimum of **2 years of CNC machining experience** required.
-   Experience with **3-axis vertical mills**.
-   Proficient with **Fanuc controls**.
-   Strong understanding of **GD&T**.
-   Experience setting **tool heights and work offsets**.
-   Ability to use an **edge finder** and common measuring instruments.
-   Must be able to read and accurately use a tape measure.
-   Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
-   Ability to lift **40 pounds or more** and perform physical job duties throughout the shift.
