## Assembly Lead

**Location:** Broken Arrow, OK  
**Pay:** $19–$23 per hour, depending on experience  
**Schedule:** First or Second Shift – Must be flexible

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Assembly Lead** to join our client's team in Broken Arrow! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly, experience using specialized tools and hardware, and the ability to lead and support production operations.

Candidates must be flexible and willing to work either first or second shift based on production needs. Shift assignments may change periodically depending on workload.

Second-shift hours typically run from **2:00 PM to 12:00 AM–2:00 AM**, depending on production demands.

## Responsibilities

-   Lead and support daily assembly operations to meet production goals.
-   Perform hands-on assembly using specialized tools and equipment.
-   Ensure assembly work is completed accurately and meets quality standards.
-   Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment.
-   Follow safety procedures and production instructions.

## Requirements

-   Previous assembly experience required.
-   Prior leadership or lead experience preferred.
-   **Required experience using the following tools:** Rivet Squeeze, Pull Rivet Gun, Roller Swaging, and Arbor Press.
-   **Required experience working with the following hardware:** Bushings, rivets, nut plates, bearings, Hi-Lok, and Helicoils.
-   Experience mixing and applying adhesives, sealants, primers, and Semkits.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
-   Must be flexible and willing to work first or second shift as production needs change.
