**About the role**

The Telesales Intern will support outgoing call campaigns, customer engagement, and the recording of call outcomes and feedback. The role also involves assisting with basic reporting and coordination with internal teams. This internship provides practical experience in telesales, communication, and sales operations within a professional environment.

-   Participate in outbound telesales campaigns aligned with predefined objectives and call scripts.
-   Engage with customers to present offerings, manage conversations professionally, and handle objections effectively.
-   Record and maintain accurate customer interaction data, including feedback, responses, and call outcomes.
-   Support reporting activities by compiling call results and contributing to basic performance analysis.
-   Capture recurring customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of sales approaches and messaging.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational alignment.
-   Handle administrative responsibilities and ensure effective communication with internal teams and customers.

## Requirements

-   Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program.
-   0 -1 years of experience as a Customer Success Intern.
-   Any prior internship in Customer Success.
-   Good communication and customer interaction skills.
-   Fluent in Arabic and English.
-   Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
-   Strong verbal communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette.
-   Ability to engage customers confidently and follow structured sales scripts.
-   Basic persuasion and negotiation skills to support sales conversations.
-   Ability to adopt a customer-focused approach and willingness to learn and improve.
-   Patient and customer-focused with a positive attitude toward handling customer interactions.
-   Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
