**About the role**

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in client outreach, lead generation, and day-to-day sales activities. The role involves assisting with identifying potential clients, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The ideal candidate is motivated, communicative, and eager to learn. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and business development while contributing to overall sales performance.

-   Assist in conducting cold calls to potential clients to introduce OLX packages and support lead generation efforts.
-   Support the identification and acquisition of new clients through research on social media platforms and online channels.
-   Assist in presenting and promoting bundles tailored to client needs and business objectives.
-   Follow up with prospects and existing clients under supervision to support relationship building and sales conversion.
-   Develop a basic understanding of OLX packages, services, and market positioning.
-   Help assess client needs and suggest suitable advertising and listing solutions with guidance from the team.
-   Maintain and update records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
-   Provide support to the sales team with daily administrative tasks, coordination, and reporting.
-   Assist in monitoring and analyzing competitor activities, including ads and offerings, to identify trends and opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program.
-   0-1 years of experience in Sales.
-   Any prior internship in sales.
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-   Basic understanding of market research and competitor analysis.
-   Understanding of product offerings and how they address client needs.
-   Familiarity with digital platforms and online channels.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
-   Ability to research and identify potential clients online.
-   Ability to clearly explain products and services to clients.
-   Good organizational skills and attention to follow-ups.
-   Team player with a collaborative attitude.
