## Description

**IT Application Manager**

A leading Company in Tobacco industry is seeking a IT Application Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications that support the business objectives. The role involves managing application lifecycle processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s software systems.

This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive projects to completion, while maintaining a focus on improving efficiency and reducing downtime.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage the deployment, maintenance, and support of business applications.
-   Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to ensure application functionality and performance.
-   Lead application development projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
-   Develop and enforce application management processes and best practices.
-   Identify opportunities for automation and improved workflows.
-   Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
-   Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and end-users.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-   Minimum of 5 years experience in application management or a related IT managerial role.
-   Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, software development lifecycle, and IT service management.
-   Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors.
-   Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business applications is preferred.
-   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-   Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
-   SAP modules " SD, PP, HCM, FICO, and PM."
-   Experience in project implementation.
