## Description

A leading FMCG company is seeking a **Strategic Financial Senior Controller** to lead financial planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance and business growth.

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic analysis.
-   Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment evaluations.
-   Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
-   Monitor financial KPIs and identify risks and growth opportunities.
-   Support strategic projects, business cases, and organizational initiatives.
-   Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
-   Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred.
-   5–8 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, strategic finance, or financial management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
-   Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
-   Proven ability to partner with senior management and influence strategic business decisions.
