## Description

A leading telecom company is seeking an experienced **Head of Supply Chain** to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring the efficient availability and delivery of products, equipment, and services while driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and business continuity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
-   Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
-   Ensure the timely availability and distribution of telecom equipment, devices, spare parts, and other critical materials.
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners.
-   Lead supplier selection, negotiation, performance management, and contract management.
-   Optimize inventory levels while ensuring product availability and minimizing working capital.
-   Establish effective demand forecasting and supply planning processes.
-   Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations and ensure high service levels.
-   Identify opportunities to reduce supply chain costs and improve operational efficiency.
-   Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and relevant supply chain standards.
-   Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
-   Lead and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-   Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Technology, Operations, and other key stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
-   **12+ years of experience** in supply chain management, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
-   Experience in **telecommunications, technology, FMCG, electronics, or another large-scale industry** is preferred.
-   Strong experience across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
-   Proven track record in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization.
-   Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
-   Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience managing large teams and complex supply chain operations.
-   Strong knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systems.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
