## Description

A leading telecom company is seeking an experienced **Construction & Maintenance Senior Manager** to lead the construction, maintenance, and operational readiness of the company’s infrastructure and facilities, ensuring high-quality execution, safety, cost efficiency, and uninterrupted operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement construction and maintenance strategies aligned with business and operational requirements.
-   Lead construction, renovation, expansion, and infrastructure development projects across company sites.
-   Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and availability of facilities and infrastructure.
-   Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed standards, timelines, budgets, and SLAs.
-   Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines and ensure timely completion of construction and maintenance projects.
-   Ensure all construction and maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
-   Develop and manage annual construction and maintenance budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.
-   Establish preventive maintenance plans and monitor equipment and infrastructure performance.
-   Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely resolution of technical and maintenance issues.
-   Manage emergency maintenance and critical incidents to minimize operational disruptions.
-   Coordinate with Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, HSE, and other relevant departments.
-   Evaluate contractors’ performance and implement corrective actions where required.
-   Develop and monitor KPIs related to project delivery, maintenance efficiency, costs, quality, and service availability.
-   Lead, mentor, and develop the construction and maintenance team.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering**, or a related field.
-   **8–12 years of experience** in construction, infrastructure, facilities, or maintenance, with proven managerial experience.
-   Experience in **telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities, construction, or large-scale organizations** is preferred.
-   Strong experience in managing construction and maintenance projects from planning through execution.
-   Proven experience managing contractors, consultants, and multiple concurrent projects.
-   Strong knowledge of construction standards, maintenance practices, HSE requirements, and quality control.
-   Experience in budget management, cost control, and contract management.
-   Strong project management, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
