We’re an eclectic group of researchers, strategists, designers, writers, and developers united by a common desire to ask questions.
We challenge exclusionary systems in our own work through four key commitments: slowing down where possible so that we may deliberately build culture, auditing and redesigning systems for equity, focusing on equity and inclusion, not just diversity, and providing a space for increased individual learning and DEIB capacity building. These commitments not only guide us in building an equitable and inclusive workplace and culture, it builds our individual capacity for race & equity practice that wholly impacts how we approach our work.
