## Description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Special Projects Office (SPO), in Arlington, VA. The Financial Analyst III will provide financial management, budget analysis, and program execution support for high-visibility DARPA initiatives supporting advanced research and development (R&D) programs.

Key Responsibilities

-   Support budget planning, financial execution, and funding allocation activities for DARPA SPO programs and leadership
-   Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, budget trackers, and execution documentation
-   Support the development and tracking of program budgets, obligations, expenditures, and funding requirements
-   Assist with MIPRs, Purchase Requests (PRs), financial documentation, and related budget activities
-   Support quarterly financial reviews, program reviews, and budget reporting requirements
-   Conduct financial analysis related to program execution, operational funding, and resource planning
-   Assist with development of RDocs, budget narratives, and financial presentation materials
-   Coordinate with leadership, Program Managers, and stakeholders regarding financial planning and execution activities
-   Support short-notice financial tasking and reporting requirements within high-tempo operational environments

Qualifications & Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required
-   Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience
-   Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required
-   Experience supporting financial management, budget analysis, or program execution activities within a DoD or Federal Government environment
-   Experience supporting budget tracking, reporting, obligations, and financial forecasting
-   Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadline-driven environments
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-   Ability to work within classified and unclassified environments

Preferred Qualifications

-   Previous DARPA, DoD HQ, Comptroller, or SETA support experience
-   Experience supporting R&D or acquisition-related programs
-   Familiarity with MIPRs, PRs, RDocs, and Government financial processes
