### **About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive People & Culture Support to support daily people operations and office administration activities. This role will assist with onboarding, employee support, HR documentation, office coordination, and general administrative functions to help maintain an efficient, positive, and well-organized workplace environment.

**Responsibilities**

-   Support employee onboarding, including documentation, welcome coordination, system follow-up, and first-day logistics.
-   Maintain employee files, HR records, forms, and documentation accurately and confidentially.
-   Assist with internal HR requests.
-   Assist with offboarding processes.
-   Provide day-to-day support to employees regarding HR processes, policies, and general inquiries.
-   Help coordinate employee engagement activities.
-   Support the daily operation of the Santiago office to ensure a clean, organized, and functional workplace.
-   Coordinate office needs, and general administrative requests.
-   Assist with vendor coordination, maintenance requests, facilities follow-up, and service providers.
-   Support meeting room coordination, visitor management, office access, and logistics.
-   Help ensure office standards are maintained and issues are escalated in a timely manner.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
-   1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, office coordination, or people operations.
-   Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
