### About the Role

We are looking for a highly focused and analytical Senior CCTV Monitor to lead surveillance across our global infrastructure. You will serve as the company's "eyes," overseeing 300 cameras across 6 strategic sites (3 in the U.S., 2 in the Dominican Republic, and 1 in India). As a Senior profile, you will be responsible for making quick decisions during incidents, ensuring the physical and logical security of our personnel and assets.

### Responsibilities

-   Monitor CCTV systems in real time to identify and prevent risks across 6 global sites (300 cameras).
-   **Top Priority:** Detect, document, and immediately escalate any suspected information exfiltration through physical or visual means.
-   Identify and escalate anomalies related to physical safety and security, inappropriate conduct, harassment, altercations, or any suspicious behavior.
-   Follow up on incident reports, ensuring escalation protocols to the Security Director in Dallas are properly executed.
-   Audit CCTV equipment performance and proactively report technical failures.
-   Guide and support the Junior Monitor in interpreting anomalies and applying response protocols.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in Monitoring Centers (SOC/NOC), video surveillance, or loss prevention.
-   **Age:** 25 to 45 years old.
-   **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Windows operating systems and fluency in managing multiple screens and Video Management Software (VMS).
-   **Gamer Profile (Highly Preferred):** Background in competitive gaming or verifiable significant achievements — demonstrating high reflexes, sustained attention, and peripheral vision.
-   **Attention to Detail:** Outstanding ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks over extended periods. Attention assessments will be applied (D2 Test / Toulouse-Piéron), along with PI Index and Wonderlic Score.
-   **Language:** Intermediate-advanced English proficiency required for reporting to Dallas and communicating with sites in the U.S. and India.
-   **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (Day or Night shift). Sporadic weekend availability required (paid as overtime).
