# Computer Manufacturing Engineer - NL > OnLogic · Oosterhout, Netherlands · Full-time · Posted 2026-09-10 **Salary:** EUR 51,840–77,760 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Engineering ## Description As a member of the Operations team at OnLogic, you have a quality mindset and will work hands-on with the team playing an integral role in scaling the manufacturing of our state of the art industrial computers. This is a new role with room to make a significant impact.  You will help us develop the tools and processes needed to improve efficiency, while increasing the quality and reliability of the computer systems we build.    You thrive in a fast paced environment and are practiced in working with teams to prevent Operations down time, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time. You take a hands-on approach and actively identify continuous improvement opportunities. ### In this role, you’ll be responsible for: - Preventing operations downtime and responding to escalations to enable quick production restarts, following through with root cause analysis and solution implementation. - Validating new product readiness for production. - Improving production and test processes for effective manufacturability. - Creating process documentation, training, and operating instructions as appropriate. - Implementing test automation tasks and developing new processes and tools. - Providing support where needed to keep operations running smoothly, including assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing customer returns. - Managing customer escalations related to production quality issues. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvements in product quality and production efficiency. ### The team you will be joining:  Our Engineering team creates our cutting edge industrial computers by finding innovative solutions on a daily basis. Learn more about [Life at OnLogic](https://www.onlogic.com/company/careers/life-at-onlogic/) ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a production/process/manufacturing engineer or similar responsibilities. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and test design. - Experience with computer and software troubleshooting in both Linux and Microsoft OS environments. - Software Development experience with full stack web development, Javascript, SQL, Linux Terminal, and ability to learn additional languages. - Drive efficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues. - Project management skills to help prioritize and execute multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously. - Collaborate with all levels and functions, both internal and externally. - Ability to occasionally work off production hours. - Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Fields. ### Who we're looking for: You are driven by the need to deliver customer satisfaction and understand that minutes count when production is stopped.  You enjoy the challenge of making it possible for our production team everyday, with a positive attitude of “yes we can.”  Your creative nature helps you find new ways to think about old and new problems alike. ## Benefits The salary range for this role is € 4.000,-  to € 6.000,- per month.
