## Description

As the Operations Team Lead, you are responsible of the day to day management of our hands-on operations, supporting the broader EU Operations team. While the Operations Director focuses on broader monthly and quarterly strategy , your mission is to lead, motivate, and guide the team on the floor to execute daily targets smoothly, safely, and in a personable way.

**On an average day, you'll be;**

-   Actively directing and coordinating the operations team on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution across warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support.
-   Managing flexible daily resource planning and shift allocations to meet immediate operational goals.
-   Overseeing daily floor workflows to identify tactical inefficiencies and implement quick opportunities for improvement.
-   Motivating and inspiring your team members on the floor to ensure their growth and continuous alignment with the company’s core values and growth ambitions.
-   Maintaining a strong understanding of team key performance indicators and driving immediate action within our mixed-model pull manufacturing system.
-   Ensuring your team complies with ISO 9001:2015 standards and integrating LEAN principles into daily operations.
-   Assisting in onboarding and scaling your team to support our rapid 30-50% organizational growth.

Our Operations team is responsible for building, testing, packaging, and shipping OnLogic technology around the world. Members of the Operations team cross-train on multiple disciplines to provide us with unparalleled staffing flexibility and the capability to react to any manufacturing demand. Roles within the Operations team include computer production tech, warehouse and logistics, supply chain management, customer and supplier quality engineering, manufacturing engineering and technical support.

## Requirements

-   You speak and write English at a full professional level.
-   You have leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
-   You have knowledge of and experience with ERP systems related to procurement, you understand capacity planning and scheduling.
-   You possess a Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a technical discipline. 
-   Affinity with computer hardware is a plus.

## Benefits

The salary range for this role is € 4.000,- to € 5.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
