# Teamlead, Operations - NL > OnLogic · Oosterhout, Netherlands · Full-time · Posted 2026-06-16 **Salary:** EUR 51,840–64,800 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Operations ## Description As the Operations Team Lead, you are responsible of the day to day management of our hands-on operations, supporting the broader EU Operations team. While the Operations Director focuses on broader monthly and quarterly strategy , your mission is to lead, motivate, and guide the team on the floor to execute daily targets smoothly, safely, and in a personable way. **On an average day, you'll be;** - Actively directing and coordinating the operations team on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution across warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support. - Managing flexible daily resource planning and shift allocations to meet immediate operational goals. - Overseeing daily floor workflows to identify tactical inefficiencies and implement quick opportunities for improvement. - Motivating and inspiring your team members on the floor to ensure their growth and continuous alignment with the company’s core values and growth ambitions. - Maintaining a strong understanding of team key performance indicators and driving immediate action within our mixed-model pull manufacturing system. - Ensuring your team complies with ISO 9001:2015 standards and integrating LEAN principles into daily operations. - Assisting in onboarding and scaling your team to support our rapid 30-50% organizational growth. **The team you will be joining:**  Our Operations team is responsible for building, testing, packaging, and shipping OnLogic technology around the world.
