# Marketing Coordinator

> OnLogic · South Burlington, United States · Full-time · Posted 2026-05-22

**Salary:** USD 60,000–70,000

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Marketing

## Description

Our marketing team is growing, and we don't need a task-ticker—we need a force multiplier. We're looking for a full-time **Marketing Coordinator** who is smart, hungry, and wakes up thinking about what could be sharper, faster, and better. You're the kind of person who can easily pivot from collaborating on a creative brief to busting out a performance report for leadership, keeping projects moving fast without breaking things. If you're ready to get in the weeds and make the whole team better just by showing up, this is your next growth opportunity!

We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. Therefore, this role requires an onsite presence at our **South Burlington, VT** office. We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.

### In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Coordinating campaign execution across digital, content, email, and events—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Working across design, demand gen, and product teams to gather requirements, align timelines, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction.
- Using tools like Claude and Gemini to draft briefs, speed up research, and build better workflows.
- Pulling performance data, uncovering insights, and flagging what's working (and what isn't) before anyone has to ask.
- Coordinating the logistics for trade shows—vendors, materials, and registrations—so the team shows up ready to win.

### Who we're looking for:

- You're incredibly organized. You see a gap and you fill it. You don't wait for a playbook; you take initiative.
- You can write clearly and concisely. You're comfortable with data and can say something smart about a report.
- You've already got a favorite AI tool and you know how to prompt it to get actual results, not AI slop.
- You get up to speed on new tech and industries quickly, because you get bored when you aren't growing.

### The team you will be joining:

This multi-talented inbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of digital marketers, writers, designers, and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, producing stunning product catalogs, curating our social media channels, penning website content, and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand, and deliver a delightful customer experience.
