> OnLogic · Oosterhout, Netherlands · Full-time · Posted 2026-10-06

**Salary:** EUR 77,760–103,680

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Sales & Marketing

## Description

Join OnLogic as our Marketing Manager EU (full time) and lead our European marketing efforts to achieve our ambitious growth goals. This role owns the EU marketing strategy, budget, and execution — from demand generation and performance marketing through to the sales, partner, and content relationships that make the function work. You will set priorities for the team in alignment with the commercial and regional strategy, represent EU marketing in regional and global leadership forums, and be the accountable owner for how marketing contributes to OnLogic's EU growth ambitions through 2027 and beyond. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set direction and also execute directly where the team's capacity requires it.

**On an average day, you will...**

- Develop the EU marketing strategy in alignment with global and European goals.
- Review campaign and channel performance (paid media, email, organic) against cost-per-lead and pipeline targets, and adjust budget allocation across markets accordingly
- Check in with the EU Sales leadership team on pipeline health, named-account progress, and where marketing support is needed this week
- Direct and coach the team members who report to you — covering sales alignment/ABM, paid media execution, lifecycle/email marketing, and marketing coordination — and unblock whatever's in their way
- Brief or follow up with the Global Marketing Hub (content, creative, and the transcreation agency) on what EU markets need next, and chase down anything that's stuck
- Track progress on localized, market-specific initiatives — new country launches, translated content, campaign rollouts — and resolve sequencing issues before they become costly
- Coordinate with channel and ecosystem partners on joint marketing activity, co-branded materials, or upcoming events
- Prepare or review reporting on marketing's contribution to revenue, pipeline, and retention for your Regional Leader and Global Marketing counterparts
- Make budget trade-off calls — where the next euro of spend goes, and what gets deprioritized — within your delegated authority
- Represent EU marketing's perspective in cross-functional planning conversations with Sales, Partnerships, and the Global Marketing team
- Step in personally on execution — writing a brief, reviewing campaign copy, troubleshooting a localized landing page — when the team's workload requires it
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to manage lead generation metrics and budget allocation.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the team.
- Continuously build and develop the European marketing team to meet projected growth demands.

**The team you will be joining:**

We are a multi-talented, omnichannel marketing and ecommerce team consisting of digital marketers, writers, designers, communications experts and planners and endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial and Edge Computing. You’ll find us developing marketing campaigns, creating design-driven experiences for our audience, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. We are a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand and deliver a delightful customer experience.

## Requirements

**Required Experience**

- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a role owning budget, strategy, and a team simultaneously
- Direct experience in performance marketing / demand generation (paid media, SEO, lifecycle/email) — this role will execute hands-on, not just direct others, particularly while the team is building out
- Experience working within or alongside a hub-and-spoke or center-of-excellence marketing model, where a central team produces brand/content assets and a regional team localizes and activates them — or clear evidence of having operated effectively within a similarly federated structure
- Experience in a multi-country European go-to-market context — managing or coordinating marketing across more than one EU market simultaneously, with an understanding of how localization, language, and buying behavior differ by country
- B2B technology, industrial, or hardware sector experience strongly preferred, given OnLogic's embedded/industrial computing product line (edge servers, panel PCs) and vertical focus on specific industries
- Experience managing or influencing channel/partner marketing relationships, given the scale of partner-revenue growth this role supports

**Skills & Competencies**

- Budget ownership and trade-off decision-making — comfortable allocating and reallocating spend across channels and markets under revenue pressure, not just executing an approved plan
- Working fluency with intent-data/ABX platforms (e.g., 6Sense or equivalent) and CRM-integrated marketing operations
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management — this role interfaces with Sales, a Global Marketing Hub, Partnerships, and Regional leadership concurrently, each with different priorities
- Team leadership and coaching — the role directly manages a team spanning sales alignment, performance media, and coordination functions with different skill sets
- Data fluency — able to read and act on CPL, CPA, pipeline conversion, and retention metrics without needing them translated by an analyst

**Languages**

- Business-level English required
- A second major EU business language (German, French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish) strongly preferred, given the markets this role directly touches (DACH, Benelux, France, Italy, Spain)
