You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, and quality to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that support our mission of delivering robust industrial computing solutions to customers worldwide. This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Headquarters in South Burlington, VT.  ### In this role, you’ll be responsible for: - Designing, evaluating, and optimizing lean manufacturing layouts and assembly workflows to support fluctuating production demands for configurable computer hardware. - Drive the integration of new technologies, automation, and AI into manufacturing processes efficiency and scalability. - Collaborate with production and quality teams to establish and maintain best practices and standardized work procedures. - Support capacity planning and layout design to optimize facility utilization. - Introducing automation, fixture designs, or specialized tooling to eliminate waste, improve ergonomic safety, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. - Utilize AI-driven and data-driven approaches to monitor performance metrics, analyze production data (takt times, error rates, and bottlenecks), and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor while sustaining gains in global operational excellence. ### The team you will be joining:  Our Operational Excellence team is responsible for driving efficiencies and effectiveness across all functions of our global organization.
