### **About the Company**

Our client is a fast-growing HVAC company serving residential and commercial clients across the United States. As they scale their operations, they are looking for a highly skilled **Senior Accountant** based in Argentina to support the CFO as a full-time Senior Accountant. This is a key role that will be responsible for full-cycle accounting and financial reporting in a dynamic, U.S.-based environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**End-to-End Accounting**

-   Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
-   Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations
-   Manage fixed asset schedules and monthly depreciation
-   Handle month-end and year-end closings and reconciliations
-   Prepare payroll-related journal entries (payroll is outsourced)

**Financial Reporting & Compliance**

-   Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
-   Analyze financial results and investigate budget-to-actual variances
-   Ensure regulatory and tax compliance in collaboration with U.S. advisors
-   Support audit preparation and provide documentation as needed

**System & Process Optimization**

-   **Utilize NetSuite** to manage accounting functions and generate financial reports
-   Improve and customize NetSuite processes, workflows, and reporting
-   Recommend and implement best practices for accounting operations
-   Contribute to the development of internal controls and accounting policies

**Collaboration**

-   Work closely with the CFO and liaise with U.S.-based operations and vendor teams
-   Provide financial insights to support decision-making across departments

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-   CPA or equivalent certification
-   Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
-   **Strong experience with NetSuite (minimum 2 years required)**
-   In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience supporting U.S. companies
-   Experience in HVAC, construction, home services, or field service industries is a plus
-   Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis)
-   Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
-   Must be able to work **100% in New York business hours (EST)**
