### **About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced **Order to Cash (O2C) Manager** to lead and scale our growing O2C team across multiple brands. This senior role is ideal for a finance operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-entity environments and has a proven track record of driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the full order-to-cash cycle.

You’ll manage a team of approximately **10 Order-to-Cash Associates** (expected to grow to 15) focused primarily on **accounts receivable**, including **invoicing, payment processing, and collections**. The role will work closely with finance and operations leadership to ensure all revenue processes—from customer bookings to payment collections—run smoothly and efficiently.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Lead and manage** a team of 10–15 O2C professionals handling invoicing, collections, and payment processing across multiple brands.
-   **Oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle**, from customer job booking or proposal acceptance to payment receipt.
-   **Develop and document SOPs** to drive standardization, accuracy, and accountability across all O2C functions.
-   **Train and onboard** new hires to ensure strong process adherence and performance consistency.
-   **Review and maintain pricebooks**, ensuring proper mapping to General Ledger (GL) accounts in **ServiceTitan** and **NetSuite**.
-   **Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging**, follow up on overdue accounts, and oversee write-offs and collection strategies.
-   **Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and Operations** teams to align on reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements.
-   **Drive automation and data visibility** by leveraging **NetSuite**, **ServiceTitan**, and **Pipedrive** (for lead and deal tracking).
-   **Analyze KPIs and identify process bottlenecks**, continuously improving the O2C workflow and team performance.
-   **Ensure compliance** with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred).
-   **7+ years of experience** in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations.
-   **3+ years of leadership experience** managing high-performing O2C or AR teams.
-   Proven background in **multi-brand or multi-entity environments**.
-   Strong proficiency with **NetSuite**, **ServiceTitan**, and **Pipedrive** (or similar ERP and CRM systems).
-   Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-   Demonstrated ability to lead process-improvement and automation initiatives.
-   Availability to work **100% U.S. hours**.
