**Workplace:** hybrid

## Description

**About Onodrim**

Onodrim is building Europe's largest defence and industrial platform. We acquire specialist manufacturers in critical defence and dual-use supply chains. Then we invest in their growth with capital, technology and operating know-how. Europe is rearming, and its industrial base has to keep pace. Many of the companies that make the parts, systems and materials Europe's defence depends on are small, specialised and short of capital. We want to help them scale into global champions, so that Europe and its allies can produce what they need, at the speed they need it. Onodrim was founded in November 2025 by Aistis Šimaitis (CEO) and Alex Blessing (CTO), both ex-early Palantir, together with Christian Garrett (Chairman),Partner at 137 Ventures. We are about 20 people today and growing rapidly. Our headquarters is inAmsterdam, and the team works across Amsterdam, London, Munich, Zurich,Vilnius, Warsaw, Kyiv and Turin.

**About the Role**

The Team Support Assistant keeps a fast-growing, distributed team organised. You'll work closely with the Executive Assistant to the founders and take on the operational and administrative work that a growing company produces every day. That work includes meetings, travel, events, office search, supplies and presentation support.

You'll support the whole team, so you'll handle requests from many people at once and set priorities between them. The company is still early, so many processes don't exist yet, and you'll help build them. The role is based in Amsterdam. The Amsterdam team is small for now: the Executive Assistant to the founders and our Finance Director. The rest of the teamworks from other European cities. We expect the Amsterdam team to grow overtime.

**What you'll do**

- **Support the Executive Assistant.** Take on daily administrative overflow and keep internal workflows running smoothly.
- **Schedule and organize meetings.** Set up complex calls across time zones, and organise internal and external meetings for the wider team.
- **Coordinate travel.** Arrange travel and logistics for a team that moves between European cities every week.
- **Support the office search.** Help find new office space in several European cities, from researching options to coordinating viewings.
- **Organize team off-sites and conferences.** Organize team off-sites and annual conferences, including venue, travel and on-site logistics.
- **Manage supplies.** Source, order and distribute team merchandise, business cards and other supplies.
- **Prepare presentations.** Help prepare presentations.
- **Follow up on meetings.** Track actions agreed in internal and external meetings and make sure they are completed.
- **Handle ad-hoc requests.** Pick up whatever else the team needs as it comes up.

## Requirements

**What you'll bring**

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative, office management, team assistant or events role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Experience organizing meetings, travel and events for groups, not only for individuals.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, and the ability to keep many requests moving without dropping any.
- A proactive, independent way of working: you take ownership and don't need close supervision.
- Motivation that comes from the mission and the impact of the work, not from a title or hierarchy.
- Low ego. You're happy to take on unglamorous tasks, because everything that helps the team move forward matters.
- Grit and resilience. You stay calm and keep going when things are messy, deadlines are tight or plans change at the last minute.
- A strong sense of follow-through. You finish what you start and hold yourself to a high standard.
- An international mindset, and experience working across different cultures, countries and time zones.
- Complete discretion. You'll regularly handle confidential information about transactions, investors and people.
- A real interest in European defence and security, and comfort working in the defence sector. You don't need to be an expert, but you should care about what we are building and why it matters for Europe.
- Curiosity about European and transatlantic affairs.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Confidence with Google Workspace, Slack and similar tools, and the ability to produce clean, well-formatted slides.
- Flexibility in an early-stage company: hours and priorities sometimes shift, and you're comfortable with that.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.

**Nice to have**

- We work in English, but fluency in one or more other European languages is very helpful and a plus
- Experience in a startup or scale-up.
- Experience organizing larger events or conferences, or sourcing and setting up office space.
- Exposure to the defence, security, government or investment sectors.

**How we work**

We are a small international team, and we move quickly. Priorities change, decisions are made fast, and the organisation changes as we grow. We look forpeople who take ownership, work with precision under pressure, handleinformation with discretion, and are glad to help wherever they're needed. Nobodyhere is above any task, and we earn trust by delivering. Everyone here ismotivated by the mission: helping Europe and its allies build the industrial strengththey need for their security.
