### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Specialist Dermatologist – Aesthetic / Hair Transplant & Medical Director** to join our client’s clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical dermatology expertise with hands-on experience in **aesthetic procedures and hair transplantation**, while providing clinical leadership as the clinic’s Medical Director.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations, assessments, and personalized treatment planning.
-   Perform and oversee **hair transplant procedures**, including patient assessment, treatment planning, procedures, and post-treatment follow-up.
-   Perform aesthetic treatments such as **Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures** within approved DHA privileges.
-   Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical care.
-   Serve as **Medical Director**, overseeing clinical standards, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality of care.
-   Manage treatment outcomes, complications, informed consent, clinical documentation, and patient follow-ups.
-   Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a premium patient experience and support the continued growth of the practice.

## Requirements

-   **European, Western, or Brazilian candidates preferred.**
-   Qualified **Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA license**.
-   Proven hands-on **hair transplant experience** is required.
-   Strong experience in **aesthetic medicine and injectable/non-surgical aesthetic treatments**.
-   Previous **Dubai/UAE aesthetic clinic experience** is required.
-   Ability to undertake the responsibilities of **Medical Director** in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
-   Excellent communication, consultation, leadership, and patient-management skills.
-   Professional presentation and ability to work with a premium and diverse clientele.
