## Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Architect** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting projects from the initial design stage through execution and completion.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, good knowledge of UAE regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

### Key Responsibilities

### Design & Planning

-   Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, and space planning based on project requirements.
-   Prepare conceptual, schematic, detailed, and construction drawings.
-   Develop plans, elevations, sections, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and architectural details.
-   Ensure designs are practical, functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client requirements.
-   Review existing drawings and site conditions before developing design solutions.
-   Assist in developing design presentations, mood boards, 3D models, and visualisations.
-   Incorporate client feedback and revise designs accordingly.

### Technical Drawings & Documentation

-   Prepare accurate architectural drawings using **AutoCAD and Revit**.
-   Produce detailed construction and working drawings for site execution.
-   Prepare and maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control.
-   Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications, and coordination.
-   Prepare architectural details, schedules, material specifications, and other technical documentation.
-   Ensure drawings are updated based on site conditions and approved changes.

### Authority Approvals

-   Prepare drawings and documents required for submissions to relevant UAE authorities.
-   Coordinate with consultants and authority representatives during the approval process.
-   Follow up on comments and make the necessary revisions to drawings.
-   Ensure designs comply with applicable UAE building regulations, codes, and authority requirements.

### Project Coordination

-   Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and other consultants.
-   Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve design and technical issues.
-   Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and technical submittals.
-   Identify design conflicts and coordinate solutions before and during construction.
-   Attend project meetings and provide architectural input where required.

### Site & Construction Support

-   Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings.
-   Review site conditions and provide technical clarification when required.
-   Assist in resolving architectural issues arising during construction.
-   Inspect completed works and identify deviations from approved drawings and specifications.
-   Prepare site observation reports and coordinate corrective actions where required.
-   Ensure architectural works meet the required quality standards.

### Client & Stakeholder Management

-   Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations.
-   Present design concepts and proposed solutions to clients and management.
-   Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
-   Respond professionally to technical queries and design changes.
-   Maintain positive working relationships with all project stakeholders.

### Project & Administrative Responsibilities

-   Assist with project planning, timelines, material selections, specifications, and BOQs.
-   Support cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality.
-   Monitor design deliverables and ensure deadlines are achieved.
-   Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, revisions, and project documentation.
-   Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
-   Stay updated on current architectural trends, construction technologies, materials, and UAE regulations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** or a related field.
-   Minimum **2–5 years of relevant architectural experience**.
-   UAE experience is highly preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
-   Good understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority approval procedures.
-   Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD**.
-   Working knowledge of **Revit** is preferred.
-   Knowledge of **SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software** is an advantage.
-   Ability to prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings.
-   Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
-   Good knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and detailing.
-   Strong understanding of site execution and construction methods.
-   Excellent communication and coordination skills.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-   Good attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
-   UAE driving licence is an advantage.
