## Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and client-focused Massage and Facial Therapist to join our wellness centre in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a range of massage treatments, facials, and skincare services to enhance clients’ relaxation, skin health, and overall well-being. The candidate should have excellent hands-on treatment skills, a professional and presentable appearance, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction and service quality.

## Key Responsibilities

### Massage Therapy

-   Perform a variety of massage treatments, including relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other techniques within the therapist’s qualifications.
-   Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and treatment goals before each session.
-   Customise treatments based on clients’ comfort levels and wellness requirements.
-   Ensure proper massage techniques, hygiene standards, and client safety throughout each session.
-   Maintain a calm, clean, and relaxing treatment environment.

### Facial Treatments & Skincare

-   Perform professional facials, including deep cleansing, hydrating, exfoliating, anti-ageing, and other facial treatments offered by the centre.
-   Assess clients’ skin types and concerns to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
-   Perform skin cleansing, steaming, extraction, exfoliation, facial massage, masking, and moisturising as appropriate to the treatment.
-   Recommend suitable skincare routines and home-care products based on clients’ needs and within the scope of professional qualifications.
-   Stay updated on facial techniques, skincare products, and wellness industry trends.

### Client Service & Sales

-   Welcome clients professionally and ensure a comfortable, personalised treatment experience.
-   Recommend suitable treatment packages, additional services, and skincare products to support client needs.
-   Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments, memberships, and wellness packages to contribute to revenue targets.
-   Encourage repeat bookings and build long-term client relationships.
-   Explain treatment procedures, benefits, aftercare instructions, and precautions to clients.
-   Maintain accurate client consultation forms, treatment records, and progress notes.

### Hygiene & Operations

-   Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
-   Clean and sanitise treatment rooms, beds, tools, and equipment before and after each treatment.
-   Monitor stock levels of skincare products, oils, towels, and other treatment supplies.
-   Follow the centre’s policies, service protocols, and health and safety procedures.
-   Coordinate with reception and management to ensure smooth scheduling and daily operations.

## Requirements

## Qualifications & Requirements

-   Relevant certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Facial Treatments, or a related field.
-   Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Facial Therapist, Spa Therapist, or Beauty Therapist is preferred.
-   Strong practical knowledge of massage techniques, facial treatments, skincare products, and skin types.
-   Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
-   Ability to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
-   Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell treatment packages and skincare products.
-   Good time management and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
