**About the Client:**  A growing healthcare and wellness clinic based in Jumeirah, Dubai, offering a range of medical, aesthetic, and wellness services. The clinic focuses on personalized, patient-centered care and provides treatments using modern technologies and evidence-based approaches.  
  
They offer a combination of **aesthetic and wellness treatments**, including injectable treatments, skin and facial procedures, laser-based treatments, body and wellness services, and other personalized aesthetic solutions.

### About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and polished **Practice Manager** to oversee the operations and patient experience of a **luxury clinic in Dubai**.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a premium healthcare or aesthetic practice, with a strong understanding of **clinic operations, VIP patient experience, team leadership, service excellence, and regulatory standards**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the **day-to-day operations of the clinic**, ensuring efficient workflows and consistently high service standards.
-   Manage and lead clinical and administrative teams, supporting performance, coordination, and professional development.
-   Oversee the complete **patient journey and VIP experience**, ensuring exceptional and personalized service at every touchpoint.
-   Maintain the high operational and service standards expected within a **luxury clinic environment**.
-   Monitor appointments, staffing, resources, patient feedback, and overall practice performance.
-   Support **patient retention, relationship management, and business growth** while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
-   Ensure clinic operations comply with **DHA requirements, internal policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulations**.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **European candidates only.**
-   Minimum **5+ years of relevant experience**, with proven experience managing a **luxury/premium clinic or healthcare practice**.
-   **DHA license/eligibility is preferred**, where applicable to the candidate's professional background.
-   Strong experience in **clinic operations, team leadership, VIP patient relations, and service excellence**.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-   Polished and professional presentation with the ability to engage confidently with **high-profile and discerning clientele**.
-   Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of patient retention and practice performance.
-   Available to join preferably by **December**.
