## Description

We are looking for experienced, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionists & Sales Executives to join our growing wellness center in Dubai.

Candidates must have previous experience in the wellness or healthcare industry, with hands-on experience in MINDBODY CRM and DHA-related procedures.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage front-desk operations and welcome clients.
    
-   Handle appointments, bookings, and cancellations through MINDBODY CRM.
    
-   Manage client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
    
-   Promote wellness services, treatments, packages, and memberships.
    
-   Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and achieve sales targets.
    
-   Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
    
-   Support daily clinic and wellness center operations.
    
-   Assist with DHA-related administrative requirements, where applicable.

## Requirements

### Mandatory Requirements

-   Previous experience working in a wellness center, medical clinic, or healthcare facility.
-   MINDBODY CRM experience is mandatory.
-   DHA experience is mandatory, including familiarity with relevant DHA procedures and healthcare administration.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
-   Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
