## Description

The Marketing Team Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of ooca's marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, brand communication, and performance coordination.This role manages the internal marketing team, works closely with external agencies and freelancers, and ensures every marketing initiative contributes to measurable business growth.The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with strategic thinking and is comfortable both planning marketing initiatives and executing alongside the team.

### Key Responsibilities

**Marketing Leadership**

-   Lead, coach, and manage the Marketing team to deliver high-quality work on time.
-   Allocate resources and prioritize marketing initiatives based on business goals.
-   Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
-   Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.

**Marketing Strategy & Planning**

-   Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
-   Translate business priorities into actionable marketing campaigns.
-   Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
-   Recommend new marketing initiatives, channels, and growth opportunities.

**Campaign & Communication Management**

-   Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
-   Coordinate cross-functional communication with Product, Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Business Development teams.
-   Ensure marketing messaging is consistent across all touchpoints.
-   Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on data.

**Content Leadership**

-   Drive continuous improvement of ooca's content strategy across all platforms.
-   Review content direction and ensure alignment with brand positioning.
-   Guide the creative team on storytelling, campaign themes, and audience engagement.
-   Identify content opportunities based on trends, customer insights, and business priorities.

**Performance Marketing Coordination**

-   Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced Performance Marketing partners.
-   Coordinate campaign objectives, budgets, creatives, and timelines.
-   Review campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
-   Ensure marketing spend is aligned with business targets and ROI expectations.

**Quality Control & Brand Governance**

-   Review and approve marketing assets before publication.
-   Ensure all communication follows brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.
-   Verify the accuracy of marketing information before public release.
-   Maintain consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.

**Performance Management & Reporting**

-   Support team members in developing measurable KPIs for campaigns, events, and projects.
-   Review campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
-   Present weekly and monthly marketing performance updates to management.
-   Monitor marketing dashboards and ensure data accuracy.

**Marketing Operations**

-   Manage marketing timelines and project execution.
-   Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
-   Improve marketing workflows and processes to increase team efficiency.
-   Assist in annual marketing budgeting and resource planning.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
-   4–7 years of experience in Marketing.
-   At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
-   Strong project management and organizational skills.
-   Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience coordinating with external agencies or freelancers.
-   Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
-   Excellent written and spoken Thai and English.

**Preferred**

-   Experience in healthcare, wellness, technology, or startups.
-   Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GA4, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
-   Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
