### **About The Role**

We are looking for a high-energy **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our frontline team. In this role, you won’t just be making calls; you will be the engine of our growth. You will identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for the world’s leading enterprises.  
  
**Lead Qualification:** Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure the best fit, understanding each prospect’s pain points and how Open.cx can solve them.

**Pipeline Building:** Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities, ensuring steady progression from first contact to discovery calls.

**Market Research:** Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies in real time.

**Sales Playbook Development:** Work closely with leadership to refine outreach sequences, messaging, and qualification criteria.

**Cross-Team Collaboration:** Partner with marketing on campaign ideas, provide feedback to product based on prospect conversations, and share insights with leadership.

**Event Participation:** Represent Open.cx at trade shows, networking events, and online webinars to generate interest and leads.

**Multi-Hat Contributions:**

-   Help create sales collateral and pitch decks when needed.
-   Step in to run quick demos for smaller prospects.
-   Support customer success in onboarding if needed for strategic accounts.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 1–3+ years in a BDR, SDR, or sales role (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software). Startup experience is a plus.

-   **Communication Skills:** Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator in both written and verbal formats.
-   **Hustle & Initiative:** You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
-   **Adaptability:** Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting quickly based on company needs.
-   **Curiosity & Learning Mindset:** Always digging deeper to understand the customer’s world and improve your craft.
-   **Organization:** Able to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and follow-ups without dropping the ball.
-   **Tech Savvy:** Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation platforms.
-   **Resilience:** Comfortable with rejection and persistent enough to turn “no” into “maybe” and “maybe” into “yes.”
-   **Fluent English & Professionalism:** You must possess **native-level English fluency** with a professional accent and tone, capable of holding high-level conversations with US and EU executives.
-   **Time Zone & Location:** You are **comfortable working in-office** and are fully available to work across **US and EU time zones** to align with our global client base.
