- Administer a broad range of employee benefits, including company cars, insurance, pension plans, mobility solutions and country-specific benefit programs.
- Maintain high-quality employee data in Workday and support payroll and benefits activities throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues on payroll and benefits-related topics.
- Partner closely with payroll providers, insurers, brokers and internal stakeholders across Europe to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Support reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, data quality and employee experience.

- Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines.
