Behind every successful case is a team of people making sure nothing falls through the cracks. That's where you come in.

We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, takes pride in keeping things organized, and understands that great case management is about much more than paperwork. It's about helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident that their case is in good hands.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Case Manager, you'll help guide personal injury cases from intake through resolution, working closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other members of the legal team.

You'll be responsible for keeping cases moving, communication flowing, and the details organized.

**Client Communication & Support**

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
- Build trusting relationships with clients who may be navigating stressful or unfamiliar situations.

- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other involved parties.

**Case Management & Organization**

- Open, organize, and maintain accurate case files and supporting documentation.
- Track case progress, medical treatment, outstanding records, and important deadlines.
- Collect and review medical records, bills, treatment summaries, and other case-related materials.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurers to obtain necessary records and authorizations.
- Identify outstanding items, follow up proactively, and help prevent unnecessary delays.

**Legal & Litigation Support**

- Draft correspondence, demand letters, settlement summaries, and other documents for attorney review.
- Assist attorneys with preparing cases for settlement negotiations or litigation.
- Organize exhibits, records, and supporting materials when cases move into litigation.
- Monitor applicable deadlines, including statutes of limitations, discovery schedules, and court dates.
- Communicate with opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and other third parties as directed by attorneys.

Throughout all of this, you'll be expected to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and uphold the firm's commitment to professional, compassionate client service.

What Success Looks Like

At LeVar Law, success isn't just about how many cases you manage. It's about how well you manage them.

You'll know you're doing a great job when:

- Clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the team handling their cases.
- Case files are accurate, organized, and consistently up to date.
- Important deadlines are met without last-minute surprises.
- Attorneys have the information and documentation they need when they need it.
- Cases move forward efficiently, with proactive communication and minimal unnecessary delays.
- Your work contributes to strong case outcomes and an exceptional client experience.
