## Description

**Optimal**, on behalf of a **boutique hotel** in **Amorgos**, is seeking a **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join its team for the 2026 season.

**Scope of the Role**  
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily housekeeping operations of the boutique hotel, ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are consistently clean, well-maintained, and prepared to the hotel's standards. The role is ideal for an experienced Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper looking to take on a supervisory position within a small and friendly team.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
-   Ensure the cleanliness and proper preparation of guest rooms and public areas.
-   Check rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
-   Organize daily tasks and allocate duties among the housekeeping team.
-   Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities and inform management of any needs.
-   Report maintenance issues, damages, or other concerns promptly.
-   Support the team with hands-on housekeeping duties when required.
-   Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
-   Ensure that hygiene, safety, and hotel standards are consistently followed.

**Requirements**

-   Previous experience as a Senior Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar role will be considered an asset.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
-   Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with an international housekeeping team.
-   Ability to organize and coordinate a small team effectively.
-   Hands-on approach and willingness to support the team in daily operations.
-   Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
